Robocall voicemail: 'Your file was flagged after the 2025 extension deadline. Thanks to the new administration, the IRS has reopened funding for the Fresh Start Program to help people reduce or wipe out what they owe. Call 855-768-8228 and ask for the resolution department.' Multiple daily calls from spoofed numbers. Reported Nov–Dec 2025 on 800notes.
