Scammer Script / Description
Pre-recorded message claiming to be from Microsoft, stating the user's IP address has been compromised and needs to be updated. Asks to press #1 to speak to a representative to "protect" the computer. The goal is to gain access to the computer to steal identity, passwords, credit cards, and bank accounts.
